Click this button on the left toolbar. This will also display the follow panel in the right hand toolbar.
The panel has two tabs so that you can draw either chamfers or fillets.
For chamfers, there are two input boxes, so you can draw both symmetrical and asymmetrical chamfers.
The set the values. type a number in the box and press return or enter.
