This button on the top toolbar will clear the drawing area.
This button on the top toolbar will delete selected shapes. The same result can be achieved by pressing the delete key. If you are using a Mac then the keybbard may not have a delete key, however you can achieve the same result by using fn + Backspace
Select this tool on the left toolbar then click on the shape or shapes that you want to delete.
